Cancellation & No Show Policy

 

Kindly be informed: Pin Ups Salon's appointment policy requires a minimum of 48 HOURS NOTICE for any cancellation or modification to your appointment to avoid losing your deposit. We understand that circumstances may arise where this is not feasible. However, failing to show up for a scheduled appointment will result in being charged the balance of the full service fee. Please understand that our salon experiences high demand, and costs are increasing for all parties involved. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding this matter.
